This circle provides a supportive field for exploring consciousness, presence, and self-awareness. You are invited to engage with the energies you discover in class, in a practical, embodied way while strengthening your connection with your True Self at a pace that feels natural to you.

The structure is intentionally open. Participants may join whenever they feel called.
