Spirit Memo, Energy update:05/01/2026 - 06/01/2026

The collective disturbances we are witnessing threats of war, heightened violence, political unrest, and growing instability are reflections of deeper internal blocks rising to the surface to be seen and transformed. What is occurring externally is also occurring within humanity on a personal level. These disturbances are revealing unresolved fear, division, pain, and unconscious patterns that have long remained hidden beneath the surface.

As the energies continue to intensify, we become increasingly aware of the true nature of both our individual and collective intentions. Something new is actively being formed within humanity, both personally and collectively, while at the same time the old structures and outdated ways of being begin dissolving. This process can feel uncomfortable, destabilizing, and emotionally challenging, yet it is part of a much larger transformation taking place.

These times may bring some of the greatest challenges to spiritual growth, particularly the tendency to resist change or avoid the evolutionary process unfolding before us. Yet this is precisely the moment that calls for greater openness, willingness, courage and compassion.

These qualities open the doorway for truth to move through us with less resistance, allowing transformation to occur more consciously, gracefully, and in alignment with a deeper level of awareness.
